About Armchair Church
Armchair Church was birthed from a desire to ‘Worship the Lord’ during the national lockdown, and when we were unable to attend our churches because of Covid-19, this provided a much-needed lifeline to many.
Each week the Lord would supernaturally give me a topic he wanted me to speak on, which frequently took me out of my comfort zone. There were about 3 to 4 days of preparation that went into each episode prior to recording, plus the days of despair, spiritual warfare and all the attacks, it was intense! But even though I was being stretched I felt that I needed to continue being obedient to the promptings of my God as I felt my mission was to teach, equip, and minister in this season. To date, I have recorded 54 episodes on my YouTube Channel, and it’s had over 30,000 views, and still counting! Praise God!
Then the Lord stopped giving me weekly topics, it was as though ‘the well ran dry’ on the revelation he was giving me for Armchair Church. The timing coincided with the government telling us we could return to our places of worship/churches!
Praise God that I had the wisdom and discernment to know that my original mission for Armchair Church was complete! I will continue to record on my YouTube Channel but only as and when the Holy Spirit prompts me. I feel that it’s equally as important to know when to stop as is it when to start! Both require Godly wisdom and discernment. I realise that after the Lord tells you to stop doing what you are doing in a particular area or in a particular way, the next stage is that he removes the grace so, if you continue, you continue in your own strength!

I’ve just watched your most recent webcast. When I say watched – I should say experienced. It was the most wonderful, powerful experience. I’ve been praying a novena to the Holy Spirit, seeking a fresh outpouring of His grace and gifts. I joined your prayer and wow – it’s hard to articulate. I had a vision of the risen Lord as I prayed in tongues and I found myself weeping and calling ‘Jesus, Jesus, Jesus’. It was so beautiful and overwhelming. Thank you so much for the prayer. I want to thank you so much for last night’s YouTube podcast. It really resonated with me and hearing your own personal journey has inspired me. Last night I woke up (I have been having trouble sleeping for a while) but I started to pray in tongues. I had an amazing healing as I watched your healing part 2, we were naming parts of our body, my neck had been really painful for two days giving me a headache, and it was only after an hour or so I realised it was completely pain-free, praise God!
Also, I have IBS and feel that has been healed as well, and I am going to claim that healing! I must watch it again as there was so much to take in, so incredibly powerful !!
So my prayer is to ask for more faith when it wavers! And to thank you for the passion and joy that you show on each armchair church. AN

I just wanted to share with you that last week when you took us through healing of the soul, during the prayers I gave over to the Lord that I have been very tired lately, to the point of wasting time really and I asked Him to take that away.
